STOVETECH

STOVETECH is a line of solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of burners, ovens and plates for both home and industrial kitchens. We serve clients from restaurants to large appliance manufacturers/assemblers, aiming to increase the efficiency (or reduce the gas bill) of their products, equipment or processes.

Stove Burners/Flame Spreaders:  To date, the most efficient burner (or flame spreader) on the Brazilian market reaches 69% efficiency. In recent years SOLFERINI has developed and patented ( BR 20 2017 005571-5 U2 ) a new concept of burners that exceed 73% efficiency. The system's savings potential was recognized and is being supported by FAPESP (Fundação de Amparo e Apoio à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo). The project was also awarded the 2018 GLP Innovation and Technology Award , in the "LPG Applications" modality.
